Place: The application can only be submitted from Spain through the website of the ministry (UGE), without visiting a consulate. The residence permit can be issued for 2 years.
Documents for extension: Fewer documents are required comparing with the first application, but the conditions remain the same.
Source of income: The employer can be from any country except Spain (for example, Russia, Belarus). You can work as an individual entrepreneur, self-employed, hired employee or freelancer.
Income: The main applicant must have an income of at least 200% of the minimum wage in Spain - 2,763 euros per month (33,156 euros per year).
For family: +75% (1,035 euros) for the first family member, +25% (345 euros) for each additional family member.
Employer: The organization must exist for more than 1 year. The labor agreement with this organization must be signed at least 3 months before the DN application date.
An employment contract, a letter from the organization confirming the salary in euros and permission to work remotely from Spain are required.
Education and experience: Diploma or proof of at least of 3 years of work experience in your profession. CV in Spanish (can be translated using an online translator) is also required.
