91. Preparation for application
On April 11, 2025, we started working with Olga. She contacted us to obtain a digital nomad residence permit and chose the “All-Inclusive” package. This meant that we took care of all stages: preparing forms, paying fees and sworn translations, compiling the application, and submitting documents. The package also included a range of services that we’ll describe below.
2. Document submission
Submission date: May 15, 2025
3. Approval
Approval receipt date: June 5, 2025
The main applicant received approval, we were still waiting for the family member.

4. Additional request
Additional request receipt date: June 9, 2025
An additional request came for the family member: the examiner required an apostille on a document that previously did not need certification. This happens sometimes — authorities may request additional documents or certifications at their discretion. On June 18, 2025, we sent our response.
5. Receiving approval for the family member

6. Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting date: July 2, 2025
We were able to book dates for the first half of July for all family members. We prepared the forms ourselves, paid the fees, and delivered a package with printed documents by courier so that the client only needed to sign the papers on-site.
7. Receiving the residence permit card
Card receipt date: July 23, 2025
Olga picked up her card, and we proceeded to the next step: registering as autonomo.
8. Autonomo registration and obtaining a digital signature
July 14, 2025 we organized a consultation with a gestor. After July 23, when Olga picked up her card, we initiated the process of obtaining a digital signature and registering as autonomo — these services were included in her package at no additional cost.
