Take advantage of the premium service - El Relocator will remove all the bureaucratic pain of the applicant before and after receiving a residence permit: we will fill out all the documents, pay all the fees and independently obtain standard certificates.
In addition, we will help you open a Spanish individual entrepreneurship with registration with the social security office (if you applied for a residence permit as a freelancer or individual entrepreneur), issue an electronic digital signature. This package also includes an individual consultation with a tax lawyer, which will allow you to optimize and significantly save on taxes over the distance.
After relocation, the applicant will be able to receive unlimited consultations on absolutely any issues that arise: including help in finding a school, issues related to cars and pets.

What will El Relocator do for you?
We will carefully study your current situation, how many people will apply for a residence permit, learn about your work and experience, and also tell you how to prepare documents so as to definitely get the approval. At this stage, a strategy for moving and submitting documents in Spain is developed.
We will collect a full package of documents for Digital Nomad visa and residence permit. We will help with collecting certificates in Russia, translate documents by a sworn translator in Spain, correctly formalize your experience, pay fees at a Spanish bank. If necessary, we also help to obtain a visa to Spain.
We apply for a residence permit for you and your family members. Submission of an application is possible only if you have a NIE or a legal representative with a digital signature (we are this representative). After submission, we send you a document that allows you to legally stay in Spain without a visa.
After receiving a positive decision, we begin preparing documents for the residence permit card itself and sign you up for fingerprinting. In case of additional document requests, we prepare the requested documents and send them for review. In case of refusal, we prepare an appeal.

The Digital Nomad Visa allows you to work remotely from Spain on a long-term basis, but it is issued for 1 year. Applications are submitted at the consulate of your country of citizenship or residence. You must provide original paper documents and printed sworn translations.
The Residence Permit, on the other hand, is issued for 3 years. The application is submitted online from within Spain, and all documents are submitted in digital format.

If you apply from within Spain, the residence permit is issued for 3 years, with the possibility to renew it for 2 more years.
If you apply at a consulate abroad, you will receive a 1-year Digital Nomad Visa. This visa is not a full residence permit but allows you to enter Spain and then apply for the 3-year residence permit from inside the country.
- At the same time as the main applicant (even if family members are outside of Spain), or
- After the main applicant’s permit is approved (this option takes longer but is also valid).
