They created a separate chat for me where I could always reach out for support. All documents were prepared thoroughly, accepted on the first attempt, and I received my resident card without any issues — definitely a reason to celebrate!

Ludmila reached out to us to arrange a Digital Nomad residence permit in Spain.

We started working with Ludmila on December 23, 2024.

1. Document Preparation

At the very beginning, she needed a consultation to understand the document package and determine which ones would be needed for submission and how to obtain them. We held a consultation with an expert and approved the final list of required documents.

Ludmila was flying to Spain via Rome, so we prepared a Declaración de entrada (entry declaration) in advance for her to sign at the airport police upon arrival. This was important since the passport stamp was only given in Italy, and proof of entry into Spain was required for the residence permit application.

2. Application

Application date: January 17, 2025

3. Approval

Approval date: February 4, 2025

Approval was received without additional requests.

4. Fingerprint Submission

Fingerprint submission date: February 10, 2025

The service package included searching and scheduling fingerprint submission. We managed to find a slot quickly, and Ludmila successfully completed the procedure on February 10.

5. Receiving the Residence Card

Card receipt date: February 28, 2025

By February 28, the card was ready, and Liudmila was able to pick it up. Now she happily lives in Spain with legal status!

The residence permit process can be easy and simple if you properly collect all the required documents!
