1. Application Preparation

Tatiana decided to move to Spain with her family. We started working on April 22, 2025. After discussing the details, we created a customized checklist for their case. During the process, we prepared a letter template for the employer, created guidelines for ordering certain documents, and filled out forms and processed fees for payment.

2. Document Submission

Submission date: June 6, 2025

After submitting the documents, we immediately began searching for appointments for those family members who already had NIE.

3. Approval

Approval date: June 25, 2025

The main applicant received approval. We continued to wait for the decision on the family.

4. Additional Request

Additional request date: June 27, 2025

We received an additional request for one of the family members: it was necessary to clarify the facts of residence under the previous residence permit. We prepared a detailed letter and responded promptly.

5. Family Approval

Approval date: July 14, 2025

Finally, we received approval for the remaining family members!

6. Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting date: by July 28, 2025

While waiting for responses, we secured suitable dates for fingerprinting for all family members. We prepared the necessary documents for this procedure and sent them along with the rest of the list.

7. Receiving the Residence Card

Now all that remains is to wait for the cards to be ready, open a self-employed business, and enjoy life in Spain!
