Absolutely! There are two options for obtaining visas for your family members:
Option 1: The whole family studies together. Adults can enroll in our language courses, while children can attend local schools or, if under 6 years old, secure a place in a nursery or kindergarten. As a student family, you can apply for educational residence in Spain together.
Option 2: Join later. Your family can apply for a Type D visa for family reunification at the Spanish consulate in your country after you have received your student residence card. The waiting period for this card can be 2-5 months, depending on the city. Language Course Students: The residence card for language courses does not grant the right to work. However, if you secure a preliminary job offer, you can apply for an additional work permit at the Foreigners Department of the Police. This permit, valid until your residence card expires, allows you to work up to 30 hours a week.
