Benefits of a startup residence permit

There is no minimum declared income
For the Spanish tax office, you will live on the savings shown in your account, which means you can file an empty income statement.
You can get it fast enough!
On average, you will be approved in 3 months.
Simple requirements
In addition to the startup's business plan, you only need to show 25+ thousand euros in the account, depending on the number of family members.
A residence permit is given to you and your family
Your spouse or children can apply with you, and they will also receive a residence permit!
But I don't have a startup business plan, so how am I going to apply?

The Elementator will do everything turnkey.

2 ex-business analysts cooperate with us. They have extensive experience working with real startups, and they know how to prepare a business plan for the reviewing commission (ENISA)

They haven't had any misfires yet - all their projects have been approved by ENISA.

How do you apply for a startup?

  • We are recruiting a group of participants (4-5 main applicants).
  • We choose a role for everyone in the project — your profession doesn't matter, nothing is required of you.
  • We create a high-quality turnkey project: we create a website, we write a business plan for 3 years in advance, we create booklets, LinkedIn and even a promotional video.
  • We submit a business plan to ENISA, get approval and, based on it, obtain a residence permit with our family.
