Schengen and Nomad residence permit for a family

I want to express my huge gratitude to the team that helped us obtain residence permits in Spain. The process wasn't simple, but with them, everything went so smoothly and clearly that at some point it stopped seeming complicated. It immediately became clear that the team knows their stuff, works quickly, and without unnecessary fuss. I really appreciated that there was no formality. We could speak informally, joke around, share memes, and discuss details in a completely relaxed atmosphere. This greatly reduced tension, especially during moments when documents or deadlines were becoming stressful.

On February 6, 2024, Vyacheslav contacted us. The main task was to arrange Digital Nomad residence permits for the whole family, but we needed to start with Schengen visas.

1. Schengen through Armenia

Application date: March 7, 2024 We started by arranging a visa for Vyacheslav himself. We sent instructions for obtaining a social card in Armenia – without it, applying for a Schengen visa is impossible. We prepared a list of all documents and collection recommendations, including:

  1. Example of employment certificate,
  2. Instructions for ordering criminal records from Russia and Turkey,
  3. Recommendations for preparing bank statements.

A significant advantage was having a valid passport with several used Schengen visas – we attached scans and the original. On March 7, Vyacheslav submitted documents to the Spanish Consulate in Yerevan.

2. Visa Receipt

Date: April 1, 2024

The client picked up his passport with the visa – happiness knew no bounds

3. Schengen for Other Family Members

Next, we arranged visas for his wife and two children in Russia. Time was limited, so we quickly gathered all documents. The package included:

  1. Previously obtained Schengen visas,
  2. Bank statements,
  3. Tickets, reservations, birth certificates, and other required documents.

Application date: April 9, 2024

Visa receipt date: April 29, 2024

4. Tax Consultation

April 3, 2024 – conducted a separate tax consultation: discussed how to pay, how much to pay, and how to optimize expenses during the residence permit stage.

5. Preparation for Residence Permit Application

While waiting for visas, we started preparing the Digital Nomad residence permit dossier. By June 2024, the main document package was already collected: completed applications for the whole family, prepared fees, followed by sworn translations of all documents.

6. Residence Permit Application

Date: June 20, 2024

7. Residence Permit Approval

Date: July 5, 2024

Approval was received for all family members at once and without additional requests in record time – just 15 calendar days!

8. Fingerprinting and Card Receipt

Due to high demand, fingerprint appointments were only available for August 5 and 9, 2024.

September 19, 2024 – the family received their residence permit cards!

The Digital Nomad residence permit is perfect for those who want to relocate with their whole family. We handle the entire process: from Schengen visa to obtaining TIE.
