1. Preparation for submission

In January 2024, Alexey began the process of obtaining a Non lucrative visa. Everything was going according to plan until September when the rejection came. The reason was new requirements for confirming savings: inspectors began to treat bank statements from CIS countries more strictly.

We didn’t leave him in trouble and offered several options: filing an appeal, resubmission, or partial refund. Alexey chose to reapply for a Digital Nomad residence permit from Spain.

To minimize involvement in the process, the client partially paid up to the “turnkey” rate. We took care of all key stages: filling out forms, paying for certified translations and fees, submitting documents, and responding to inquiries.

2. Document submission

Submission date: July 1, 2025

3. Additional request

Date of additional request: July 28, 2025

An additional request came in: the inspectors requested the individual entrepreneur certificate again to confirm experience, as they lost the first document. We promptly prepared and sent it.

4. Approval for family member

Date of approval: July 30, 2025

5. Fingerprinting

Our story is not over yet. We continue to support the client at the next stage – fingerprinting. However, he can already be congratulated on successfully obtaining a residence permit for 3 years!
