Approval of residence permit

When the client came to us on September 20, 2023, the project had already been submitted to ENISA by another co-founder. Our task was to connect him to the existing project, processing all necessary documents correctly and without delays.

1. Document Preparation

Since the client was not the main applicant but had to apply for a startup residence permit, we:

  1. Filled out all forms and arranged signatures for him,
  2. Helped select and arrange insurance,
  3. Created fee forms so he could pay the charges without errors.

Documents were fully ready for submission, submission date – October 24, 2023.

2. Submission

Submission date: October 24, 2023

3. Additional Request

On November 8, 2023, an additional request was received. It was necessary to reload the family member form and resubmit the social security registration application in a different format. On the same day, another request came for the spouse: UGE requested for the first time a signed power of attorney for submission not only from the main applicant but also from the family member (familiar).

We immediately prepared the power of attorney, explained how and where to sign it, and submitted the documents in updated form.

4. Receiving Residence Permit Approval

  • November 17, 2023 – received approval from ENISA for the project.

  • November 18, 2023 – received approval from UGE for the residence permit.

After approval, the client went through the standard stages: fingerprinting and waiting for the card. Now he lives in Spain and has already received his startup residence permit card!
