6When Lyubov contacted us on October 7, 2024, she was planning to join an already submitted startup. Although the main part of the project was ready, it was necessary to quickly and professionally prepare her profile as an applicant.
1. Document Preparation
We started by:
- Providing detailed instructions for LinkedIn profile registration,
- Preparing step-by-step instructions for filling it out to avoid mistakes,
- Creating a CV based on the information she sent,
- Sharing contacts of our insurance agents to arrange an insurance policy.
Thanks to such support, Lyubov quickly gathered everything necessary, and on November 13, 2024, we submitted her documents for the startup residence permit.
2. Submission

3. Residence Permit Approval
On January 16, 2025, the project was approved, and we just had to wait for the individual decision for Lyubov,
On January 30, 2025 — her residence permit was approved. After that, we filled out the forms for fingerprinting on her behalf and provided instructions.

On February 20, 2025, Lyubov successfully completed fingerprinting, and soon after received her startup residence permit card!
