2On November 12, 2024, we began the process of applying for the Beckham tax regime for Konstantin — as a family member of the main applicant who had already obtained this tax status.
1. Document Preparation
The document list was minimal:
- Konstantin’s approved digital nomad residence permit,
- TIE card,
- passport,
- marriage certificate,
- main applicant’s tax return with payment proof,
- main applicant’s approval for the Beckham regime.
The application was submitted the same day, November 12, via electronic signature.
