1
We will analyze your case

We will carefully study your current situation, how many people will apply for a residence permit, learn from you about your work and experience and tell you how to prepare documents to get an approval accurately. At this stage, a strategy for moving and applying to Spain is being developed.

2
We will prepare application documents

We are collecting a full package of documents for applying for a Digital Nomad visa and residence permit. We help with collecting certificates in Russia, translating documents by a sworn translator in Spain, correctly formalizing your experience, and paying fees in a Spanish bank. If necessary, we can help you obtain a visa to Spain.

3
Submission of documents

We apply for a residence permit for you and your family members. You can only apply yourself if you have a NIE number or a legal representative with a digital signature (that representative is us). After submission, we will send you a document that allows you to legally stay in Spain without a visa.

Getting a decision

After receiving a positive decision, we begin preparing documents for the residence permit card itself and sign you up for fingerprints. In case of a pre-request for documents, we prepare the requested documents and send them for review. In case of refusal, we will prepare an appeal.

Questions about a nomad's residence permit

The digital Nomad visa allows you to work remotely in Spain on a long-term basis, but it is issued for 1 year. The application is submitted at the consulate of the country of citizenship or residence, it will be necessary to provide paper originals of documents and print sworn translations.

A residence permit, in turn, is issued for 3 years. The application is submitted online in Spain, all documents are sent in electronic format.

You must earn at least 200% of the minimum interprofessional salary in Spain (SMI). As of March 2025, this is:

2,763 € per month — for one applicant

3,798 € — family of 2 people

4,144 € — family of 3

+345 € — for each next family member

The application review period is 20 working days. The search for a fingerprint record takes a maximum of 30 calendar days. After taking the prints, the residence permit card is produced within 30 calendar days. In total, the process takes about 3 months.
A residence permit is issued for 3 years with the possibility of extension for 2 years if the application is submitted from Spain. If you apply at the consulate of your country, you will be issued a digital nomad visa for a period of 1 year. It is not a full-fledged residence permit, but it makes it possible to move to Spain and then apply for a residence permit.

Yes, both your spouse and children can move in with you. The application is submitted at the same time as the main applicant (even if the family member is not in Spain) or after the approval of his residence permit. The second option is longer, but also works.

If you and your partner are not officially married, you can arrange a civil marriage (pareja de hecho) in Spain. Parents or adult children can only be included if there is evidence of their financial dependence on you.

Yes, you can apply if you have worked at your current job for at least 3 months and your company has been in existence for more than 1 year. To submit, in addition to the basic documents, you will need:
  • Contract with the employer;
  • A document confirming the existence of the company
  • A letter from the employer indicating your salary and confirmation of remote work;
  • Proof of 3 years of work experience or a diploma of higher education;
  • Private medical insurance valid in Spain (travel insurance is not suitable);
  • Certificate of social security from the SFR (departure certificate) – if your employer is from the EU or there is a social security agreement between the employer's country and Spain. The document must be translated by a sworn translator or undergo consular legalization.
Yes, if your IP or self-employed status is valid for at least 3 months. You must also have contracts with permanent contractors, and the companies you work with must have existed for more than 1 year. In addition to the basic documents, you will need the following:
  • Certificate of opening an individual entrepreneur
  • A document confirming the existence of the company
  • Contract with employers;
  • Confirmation of 3 years of work experience.
Attention: Sole proprietors, the self-employed, and people working in GPH can do without a certificate from the SFR if they register with the Spanish social insurance system. To do this, you need to submit an application in free form in Spanish and attach it to the rest of the documents.
No more than 20% of your income can come from Spain. The remaining 80% should come from foreign clients.
On average, a digital nomad pays taxes in Spain in the amount of 20-24%. However, each case is different, so it is better to consult with our tax lawyer.
You no longer need to stay in Spain for 183 days a year to extend your residence permit. However, you must comply with tax obligations and pay social contributions.
After submitting the application, a document will be issued on the basis of which you have the right to stay in Spain even after the expiration of the Schengen visa. It is not recommended to travel outside Spain, as you will need a visa again to return.
An extension is possible after 3 years, provided that all program requirements are met.: stable income, remote work, and tax discipline.
Yes, after 5 years of living in Spain, you will be able to obtain a permanent residence permit (permanent residence), and after 10 years, apply for citizenship.
You will be given 10 days to leave Spain. The refusal does not affect the further visa application. After the refusal, you can try 2 options: file an appeal or reassemble the package of documents and submit it again.
