3Alexey reached out to us to get a Schengen visa to Spain despite two prior refusals.
Alexey tried to get a visa twice. In summer 2023 — rejection for a visa to Spain through Armenia. In autumn 2023 — second rejection, this time through Moscow. He contacted us in February 2024. We analyzed the situation and offered three options, one of which was a business visa to Switzerland.
1. Document preparation
The advantage of this visa is that it’s processed quickly and requires a minimal document package. From his side, besides other documents, he needed a passport with all rejections, attachments to rejections explaining the reasons, and bank account statements. We, in addition to the application forms, prepared an invitation in the proper format.
2. Submission
Date: February 27, 2024
3. Approval
Date: March 12, 2024
Thanks to coordinated work, Alexey received a 14-day visa, overcoming his previous rejections.

Plans later changed, but the visa itself became an important point in restoring his confidence in the visa system.
Result: Even with two consecutive rejections, it’s possible to get a Schengen visa. The key is to choose the right path and prepare the case properly. We know how to do this.
