After successfully obtaining a Schengen visa, Georgii decided to take the next step and enroll in a language school in Spain. We began working together on July 13, 2024.

1. Language School Selection

On July 16, a consultation was held with our educational institution specialist Boris. Together with Georgii, we selected a language school with a 52-week program — an excellent option for those who want to fully immerse themselves in the language environment and adapt to the country.

2. Document Collection

The next step was a consultation with our migration specialist, during which we explained the entire process of obtaining a student TRP through application in Spain.

We started preparing documents in advance. Georgii needed to obtain a criminal record certificate from Georgia — we immediately sent him detailed instructions. We collected the certificate from Russia on his behalf. Our insurance agent helped select medical insurance that met the requirements. We prepared an entry declaration for George, which he only needed to sign at the airport. Naturally, we also completed all application forms and other documents for him.

3. Application

Date: October 18, 2024

On October 25, George was automatically assigned a NIE number.

4. TRP Approval

Date: November 21, 2024 To our surprise, the residence permit was approved on November 21 without any additional requests. Although we had prepared the client to wait up to 4 months (processing times were indeed this long at the time), Spain had launched a separate service for processing student applications, which expedited the review process.

5. Obtaining Resident Card

The next step was fingerprinting. We prepared the documents and fee information; Georgii only needed to pay and arrive at the appointed time. The procedure took place on January 14, 2025.

On January 30, George received his student resident card, valid until November 2025.
