Ilya has experience in business consulting, but after moving to Spain, he fully focused on helping with adaptation and solving everyday issues, especially in real estate. Initially, he helped friends and acquaintances find housing in Valencia, but over time, the number of requests began to grow rapidly. For the third year now, he has been selecting properties and successfully helping clients find optimal rental options, even in highly competitive conditions. In his work, he emphasizes honesty, attention to detail, and prompt communication.

Main specialization — long-term real estate rentals in Valencia, Barcelona, and Madrid. Ilya works with both private clients — families, couples, freelancers — and entrepreneurs who are opening businesses in Spain and arriving with their teams.
