10 mistakes when moving

Why should you order a Schengen
from us?

Times have changed. To get Schengen, it is no longer enough just to follow instructions from the Internet.

The process of obtaining a Schengen has become almost more difficult than obtaining a residence permit. Why should you order a Schengen from us?

15 years of practice
Our managers have been working on Schengen for 15 years and have done more than 15! thousands of visas.
Established contacts
During our work, we have developed contacts with consuls and know many people in this field, so we can correct refusals and promptly solve problems that arise.
Understanding the principles of decision-making within consulates
We know how employees in consulates in different countries think, so we create a package of documents for each submission individually. The chance of failure with this approach is much lower.
We apply for Schengen not only from the Russian Federation
We know the specifics of other countries, so we have excellent approval rates abroad, despite the overall negative trend.

Questions about Schengen

Yes, it is possible to get a visa, but after the abolition of the simplified regime for Russian citizens, the process has become more difficult. We help you choose the optimal submission strategy.
It takes an average of 1 month to collect the documents. The application is considered for about 6 weeks. If you need to apply faster, you can apply through Greece or Hungary (the visa is considered for about 2 weeks, but the visa will be issued for a short period of time).
In addition to Russia, Russian citizens can apply in Armenia and Uzbekistan. In Armenia, it is required to issue a social card, in Uzbekistan — registration. We help with the preparation of documents.
Spain can deliver a maximum of 90 days. However, most often, even with a visa history, Spain issues a visa only for the duration of the trip. It is almost impossible to get a long-term visa in a clean passport. France and Italy are more willing to put 6-month visas in a blank passport.
Standard package of documents:
  • A foreign passport (and a second one, if available, according to the rules, it is also surrendered);
  • Passport with previous Schengen visas (if available);
  • 4.5 × 4.5 cm photo, color, on a white background, no older than 6 months;
  • A certificate from work indicating the position, length of service and salary (or a pension certificate, a certificate from a school/university);
  • Bank statement: balance from 250 thousand rubles. + movement of funds in 3 months;
  • Marriage/child birth certificate (if applicable).
The documents that we are preparing:
  • Booking tickets and hotels;
  • Medical insurance;
  • Completed application form;
  • Consent to data processing.
In some cases, additional documents may be required.

Yes, but according to the rules, you need to get a visa in the country where you will stay the longest. If all countries are visited for an equal amount of time, a visa is issued to the country of first entry. For frequent trips around Europe, it is most convenient to apply for a multivisa, which allows you to enter the country repeatedly. If you are planning a short trip, it will be enough to apply for a tourist type of visa.

If your visa is marked with another country, you will need to explain to the consulate the next time that you used these countries only for entry or transit (for example, because of cheap tickets), and spent most of your time in the country that issued the visa. Since there are no border markers inside the Schengen area, it is impossible to verify this, but it is better to back up your explanation with evidence — tickets, reservations, or receipts. We will help you prepare your cover letter.

Please note that some countries, such as Germany, have strict customs controls, and entering there with a visa issued by another Schengen country may raise questions and even lead to deportation. Therefore, we do not recommend flying directly to such countries with a visa issued not through their consulate.

  • 1. Show a larger amount in the account to convince the examiner of your financial viability. If you are sponsored by a third party (for example, a relative), attach a sponsorship letter and documents confirming the sponsor's income.;
  • 2. To prove the connection with the place of residence: provide a work certificate indicating the position and salary, property documents or certificates of family ties (marriage certificate, birth certificate);
  • 3. Prepare your itinerary and reservations correctly: hotel reservations, airline tickets.
We will tell you which strategy will be optimal in your case.
Yes, if you have applied for a Schengen visa in the last 5 years. In this case, we can arrange everything remotely.
If you receive a refusal, it is important to choose the right strategy for further actions. We can offer:
  • Cancellation through the consul in the Russian Federation (from 6,000 euros, covers any number of refusals);
  • An attempt to correct the failure, if the reasons can be eliminated;
  • Applying for a visa from another country (after a pause to avoid repeated refusal);
  • A digital nomad D visa (if you are planning a Spanish residence permit, the refusal of the Schengen visa does not affect the D visa).
Let's do it again: you should not immediately apply to another country — the refusal will be visible in the system, which may lead to a repeat refusal.
