We applied for a residence permit, started in December, and had everything in hand by March. A family from Russia with two children, the entire process took just under three months: we arrived on 24th December, received approval on 17th January, had our fingerprint appointment on 19th February, and received the cards on 25th March. We especially appreciate the team’s promptness and availability at every stage. Responses to our questions came quickly, making the process much less stressful. Thank you for your efficiency and support—I will definitely recommend you.

I received a 3-year residence permit in the shortest possible time without a single question from the approving authorities at every stage.
We started in November and finished in March (including the tourist visa).
All documents were processed on time, without any delays or mistakes.
Everything went smoothly and stress-free for me, thanks to their efficient work.
Many thanks to the team for keeping me informed and assisting with resolving any issues that arose!

I’m incredibly grateful to the team for their outstanding work!
My family and I recently received our long-awaited Digital Nomad residency cards. The process was seamless, without any additional requests! We submitted our application at the end of October, and just about three weeks later, we received our approval.
The team always responds promptly and provides clear, concise answers, even to what might seem like the simplest questions.
I highly recommend them—there’s no reason to doubt their expertise. 😎
From the bottom of my heart, I wish prosperity to everyone involved in this process! And to those still on this journey, I hope you complete it soon and can finally breathe easy.

I got my approval yesterday!
I work as a freelancer for a company in Kazakhstan.
I had started gathering documents on my own and was ready to apply, but then the rules regarding sworn translations suddenly changed. To avoid the queue, I decided to try consular translation, but the Spanish consulate in Moscow wouldn’t accept my diploma without an apostille. In the end, it was faster and more cost-effective to go with the sworn translation, so I turned to the team, who quickly took care of everything and assisted with the submission.
- 17.07: Submission.
- 11.08: Received a request to resend the declaration of no criminal offenses and the promise to register with social security.
- 22.08: Residency approval for 3 years.
Thanks to the EL Relocator team for the support and detailed consultations on every issue!

Huge thanks to the entire @EL_POMOGATOR team for securing digital nomad residency for my spouse and me!
We’ve already received approval and are flying to Spain for permanent residence next month. The team was incredibly responsible and exceeded all our expectations. We have a point of comparison—previously, we worked with other agencies, and it was a frustrating experience that cost us half a year, a lot of money, and nerves, as we had to push and oversee every step ourselves. Here, it was the complete opposite: everything was clear, professional, with no unnecessary talk, always responsive, and they found the best solutions in every situation.
Thank you for your outstanding work—you’re amazing!

Hello everyone! This is a letter of gratitude to EL Relocator!
We began preparing for the Digital Nomad visa in the fall of 2023. After gathering information online and exploring various consultants, we spoke with friends who had already moved to Spain with the Digital Nomad visa and others who had been living there for a while. They recommended some specialists to us, and we also found a few through online searches and Telegram. However, we struggled to find the right fit and were often dissatisfied with the options.
Then we decided to try EL Relocator. They had been a consistent presence during our search for information, and their comprehensive guides caught our attention. We needed professional support because we wanted to avoid any risks, especially after experiencing a move about a year ago and knowing the potential challenges involved. We understood the importance of having a consultant guide us from start to finish.
We opted for the full package, considering the process complete only when we received our cards. We received them just a few days ago. We submitted the documents in the first ten days of January, received one follow-up request, and got our visa within a few days after that. The entire process took about two weeks.
During this time, we asked many questions on various topics and always received detailed answers. I even had the opportunity to meet the team in person.
I wholeheartedly recommend them! 🤩🤩🤩

A couple of months ago, I had a consultation where they explained the Spanish tax system, including the Beckham Law, in a very clear and understandable manner. They even provided a demo calculation based on our current income conditions. All our questions were answered, and the hour of discussion flew by quickly. I recommend preparing and sending your questions ahead of time to make the most of the consultation.

Good afternoon! 🙂
I just received my visa!
I’m thrilled with the team. Thank you so much for supporting me every step of the way and always being available 🎉

A big thanks to the EL Relocator team for successfully handling our case.
Details: We are a couple without children, moving from Serbia on a digital nomad visa.
We started with a free consultation in the summer, where we were provided with a handy spreadsheet listing all the required documents, which we relied on throughout the process.
We arrived on October 24 and received approval with an additional request (a new requirement from Spain—an apostille for the company document) on November 24. We then scheduled fingerprinting in Madrid on December 11 and received our residence card on January 9. In total, it took less than 3 months from our arrival.
The team was always available and answered our questions promptly—highly recommended.
To those planning a move: Don’t be afraid, everything will work out! 😉

The applicant is employed by a Russian company.
Document Package:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) with Apostille
- Diploma (without Apostille)
- Certificate from the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) confirming the applicant’s remote work assignment in Spain
- Bank Statement with an informal translation into Spanish and payroll slips
Challenges: A few years ago, the applicant sold a property in Spain, but a portion of the territorial tax was incorrectly processed, resulting in a small debt with penalties.
This debt had to be tracked down and settled, after which a certificate from the tax office (Certificado acreditativo de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias) confirming no outstanding debts had to be obtained. Since it can take up to 20 working days to issue this certificate, it’s advisable to handle this matter in advance, as providing it during an additional request could be difficult.
Timeline:
- Submission Date: February 18
- Approval Without Additional Requests: March 11

Hello everyone!
I’d like to share my experience working with EL Relocator team on our Spanish Schengen visa.
Spoiler: we got it! 😊
The entire process was smooth, and communication was pleasant and professional from the very beginning. I felt confident and comfortable working with them. Whenever I had questions, I received timely and clear answers and support. The documents were prepared on time, and I only needed to handle a small portion myself.

The applicant provides IT services to a Russian company as a sole proprietor.
Challenges arose when the contract was restructured from employment to a sole proprietorship, leaving the applicant’s collaboration with the company just shy of three months at the time of application. Waiting to reach the three-month mark was not an option due to impending visa deadlines.
Special Considerations: The applicant successfully obtained a Certificate of Departure from the Social Insurance Fund (SIF) as a sole proprietor, which allowed them to bypass the need to register as an Autónomo in Spain. Additionally, they secured private insurance.
To strengthen the application, a supplementary agreement was made to extend the contract for five years, leveraging the contract’s automatic renewal clause. The rest of the documentation package was standard.
Timeline:
- Submission: February 6th
- Additional Document Request: February 22nd (requested to resend invoices)
- Approval: February 27th
Outcome: The applicant received a 3-year nomad visa.
