🥳 New #Approval!
Actually, two approvals, but let’s take it one step at a time. The applicant works remotely for a Russian company and is temporarily living in Uzbekistan. They applied for a Spanish Schengen visa at the BLS Visa Center in Tashkent.
In addition to the standard documents, we also submitted: — The applicant’s registration in Uzbekistan (which can even be done at a hotel). — Bank statements from both a Russian bank and a bank in Uzbekistan to show the money trail: the applicant receives their salary in rubles on a Russian card and then transfers the funds to an Uzbek account. — Round-trip tickets to and from Spain.
Documents submitted: January 11
Visa approval: January 25, for 15 days. The applicant hadn’t had a Schengen visa in the last 5 years.
Applying for a residence permit (NIE).
Since the visa was short, all documents were ready for the applicant’s arrival in Spain.
An unusual detail: we had to provide police clearance certificates from both Russia and Uzbekistan. The Uzbek certificates were translated by a sworn translator from Russian. Apostilles in Uzbek and English were left untranslated. We also included pay stubs and a bank statement for the last three months.
Document submission: March 2
Approval without additional requests: March 19

I want to express my immense gratitude to the EL Relocator team for helping me obtain my digital nomad residency!
I applied on my own while employed by a company in Singapore. It all began with a free consultation, where I was impressed by their straightforward, human approach and the thorough answers to all my questions. That’s when I knew I wanted to move forward.
Preparing the documents was straightforward; I just followed their instructions. There was a moment when the Spanish authorities suddenly started requiring an apostille on the employment certificate—a requirement that wasn’t mentioned in any online guides yet. Thanks to the team staying up-to-date with the latest changes, we quickly provided the necessary document and received approval without any additional requests! The entire process was smooth and efficient. Although I sometimes had many questions, I always received prompt and detailed responses.
I definitely recommend them. The service fee is absolutely worth it to take a huge weight of stress and uncertainty off your shoulders!

I had a conversation with Alexey. In just an hour, we managed to cover 5-6 different topics. I found the cost to be quite reasonable given the depth and quality of the consultation. After relocation, I’m strongly considering working with him to manage my autónomo status.

Hello everyone! Just before the New Year, I reached out to EL Relocator for assistance with obtaining a Schengen visa and support in securing a Digital Nomad Residency.
Today, I received my residency card. A huge thank you to Alena Streltzova for answering all my questions, even the silliest ones, throughout the entire process. When submitting documents for the Schengen visa, in addition to helping with document collection, they also prepared a cover letter detailing all the nuances of my situation (I work for a Russian company but applied from Uzbekistan).
As a result, I received the Schengen visa without any issues, despite never having had one before. Regarding the nomad residency, the team also took care of gathering some of the necessary documents, which made my life much easier. In the end, I managed to get my residency approved on the first try with minimal involvement.
Once again, thank you to the team!

I recently received my cherished card and wanted to share some thoughts on the process and working with EL Relocator.
About a year ago, I first heard about the Digital Nomad visa in Spain through a video that presented this type of residence permit in a straightforward and simple way, and also mentioned the services of this company. At that time, the program was just starting, the requirements were more modest, and the prices seemed quite attractive—€1,000 for everything, including sworn translations. I remembered that price and the company, so when I was ready to apply, I reached out. It turned out that prices had changed since then—€400 for just the submission, €1,500 for the full package excluding sworn translations, and over €3,000 for the exclusive package. These were actually the lowest prices; I contacted several popular agencies, and on average, just for the submission, it was €500. Here, you also get verification, form filling, declarations, receipts, and more. I spoke with the company’s consultants, who explained everything in detail and professionally without being pushy, allowing me to make an informed choice. This was another pleasant surprise.
By that time, I had read many forums and watched numerous videos, so I was aware of many nuances and potential pitfalls. Therefore, I decided to go with the minimum package—just submission with one check. In the end, I can confidently say that the €400 for the submission was well worth it! The team was responsive to any questions and seemed to go beyond the scope of the package I chose. I even paid in rubles at the Central Bank exchange rate!
Everything was handled swiftly, questions were answered clearly and in detail, they assisted with complex documents, and provided contacts for a reliable insurance agent to arrange health insurance under tight deadlines (as some documents were about to expire and I needed to submit urgently).
The entire process, from signing the contract to approval, took 1.5 months, considering the December holidays in Spain and the New Year break. I also really appreciated the work format—a dedicated chat for my case where responses were quick and important information was provided, as well as a space and checklist where documents were uploaded and comments were recorded after verification. I felt confident that nothing was missed and everything was under control.
In summary, I confidently recommend them! 👍

A month ago, I had a consultation where they explained the details of the Beckham Law and the overall system. They estimated the tax declaration for my family and discussed the current application process for autónomo.
Overall, I am satisfied with the results.

I want to use this post to thank the ElPomogator team for successfully completing our planned work. I chose them from several agencies because I appreciated their balance of price and range of services. We started in the fall of ’23 with planning, prepared and translated the necessary documents, and arranged the visas. The individual chat and amazing support, available almost around the clock, meant there were no issues with the documents. For a family of four with a non-standard work setup, everything went smoothly on the first try! Today, we have a three-year teletrabajo permit in hand. Special thanks to Alyona for coordinating the couriers, handling payments in rubles, and taking care of everything else.

The applicant provides IT services to a UAE-based company through their sole proprietorship.
What We Submitted:
- Company Certificate from the UAE business registry, verified by the Ministry of Justice, legalized at the Spanish Consulate in Abu Dhabi, and translated into Spanish by a sworn translator.
- Sole Proprietorship Certificate from the Armenian legal entities registry, with a notarized translation from Armenian to English and a sworn translation from English to Spanish.
- Certificates of No Criminal Record from Russia and Kazakhstan (with apostilles and sworn translations into Spanish).
The rest of the document package was standard: invoices, bank statement, and a remote work letter. The bank statement included an explanation for why payments were made through an intermediary platform rather than directly from the client.
- Dossier Submission: February 23
- Approval without Additional Requests: March 12
EL Relocator Channel 👨 Our chat | Consultation

The applicant works as a Product Manager under sole proprietor status for a company based in the EU.
Unique aspects of the case:
- The applicant’s work experience was confirmed through contracts with previous employers, with only the relevant pages translated by a sworn translator.
Standard document package for a sole proprietor:
- Proof of the counterparty’s existence (with an apostille and sworn translation),
- Extract from the registry for the applicant’s sole proprietorship (no apostille, but with a sworn translation)
- Invoices for the last 3 months (informally translated)
- Bank statement (informally translated)
February 5: Submission of documents.
February 19: Received a request for additional documents: a sworn translation or consular legalization of a certificate of no criminal record from Turkey. This certificate is issued by local authorities directly in Turkish and Spanish(!), despite such certificates being previously accepted without issue. Since the applicant was already in Spain, a sworn translation of the Turkish text was provided.
March 1: Residence permit approved!

💕 New Approval — Successful Conversion of a Digital Nomad D Visa obtained at the consulate into a Digital Nomad Residence Permit.
There is a common misconception that this conversion can be done “automatically” and that the TIE (Foreigner Identity Card) can be immediately obtained at the police station in Spain. However, this is not the case — obtaining the residence permit card requires a complete re-submission of documents from scratch.
The applicant is a self-employed individual who committed at the consulate to register as an Autónomo in Spain after their application was approved.
Risks and Challenges: There was a possibility that UGE could request additional documents, highlighting that the applicant promised to register with social security upon receiving the visa but had not yet done so.
Another risk was the potential rejection for attempting to convert the nomad visa to a residence permit too early, as regulations state that the application can be submitted no earlier than 60 days before the nomad D visa expires: “Within 60 calendar days before the visa expires, international teleworkers interested in continuing to reside in Spain may apply for an international remote worker residence permit, provided that the conditions that granted the right to the visa are maintained.”
Several documents had to be re-issued and re-translated by a sworn translator due to their expiration (e.g., the police clearance certificate and the extract from the Russian State Register of Legal Entities). Additionally, these documents were submitted to the consulate without an apostille, which is mandatory for UGE.
Submission: January 26
Approval without additional requests: February 7!
