The applicant provides IT services to a UAE-based company through their sole proprietorship.

What We Submitted:

  • Company Certificate from the UAE business registry, verified by the Ministry of Justice, legalized at the Spanish Consulate in Abu Dhabi, and translated into Spanish by a sworn translator.
  • Sole Proprietorship Certificate from the Armenian legal entities registry, with a notarized translation from Armenian to English and a sworn translation from English to Spanish.
  • Certificates of No Criminal Record from Russia and Kazakhstan (with apostilles and sworn translations into Spanish).

The rest of the document package was standard: invoices, bank statement, and a remote work letter. The bank statement included an explanation for why payments were made through an intermediary platform rather than directly from the client.
