New approval of “Non lucrative” visa without additional requests.

The documents were submitted through the Spanish Consulate in Moscow. Savings were shown on an account with the Spanish “Caixabank”, and passive income from renting real estate was shown on a Russian bank account.

We also attached tax certificates for the last 3 years and supplemented the case with an extract from the Spanish Land Registry Office (“Nota Simple Informativa”) to confirm that the applicant has an apartment in Mallorca.

A certificate of non-criminal record from the Russian Federation with sworn translation was added to the package of documents, and it was decided to make a Health Certificate in Spain during the applicant’s next tourist trip, in order to avoid additional legalization procedures.

The applicant owns a small architectural studio and provides services through Individual entrepreneurship. He decided to submit the documents in Moscow, through the Spanish Consulate.

The savings were shown on a bank account in Kazakhstan in USD. As passive income, we demonstrated the profits from the sole proprietor’s activities, along with a cover letter stating that all work is done by employees only and a power of attorney to appoint the General manager.

We also attached tax certificates for the last 3 years. As proof of accommodation in Spain, a pre-contract for the rental of an apartment in Lloret de Mar and confirmation of the payment of the deposit were shown.

A Criminal Record Certificate from the Russian Federation and the Health Certificate were translated by a Spanish sworn translator. As an addendum, a motivation letter was attached stating why the applicant would like to move to Spain.
