15 years of practice

Our managers have been working on Schengen for 15 years and have done more than 15! thousands of visas.

Established contacts

During our work, we have developed contacts with consuls and know many people in this field, so we can correct refusals and promptly solve problems that arise.

Understanding the principles of decision-making within consulates

We know how employees in consulates in different countries think, so we create a package of documents for each submission individually. The chance of failure with this approach is much lower.

We apply for Schengen not only from the Russian Federation

We know the specifics of other countries, so we have excellent approval rates abroad, despite the overall negative trend.

Frequently asked questions about Schengen

I am a Russian citizen where can I apply without a residence permit?

Without obtaining a residence permit, citizens of the Russian Federation, in addition to Russia, can also apply in Armenia and Uzbekistan. In Armenia, it is enough to issue a simple document — a social card, and in Uzbekistan — registration. We have excellent statistics for these countries, and we help with the preparation of the documents required for submission.

How long are visas issued for now?

After the simplified regime for Russian citizens was abolished, it is almost impossible to obtain a long-term visa in a blank passport. Often, even after a visa history, the consulate can issue a visa for the duration of the trip. The countries that often issue the first visas for six months are France and Italy, while Spain can issue visas for 90 days.

What documents will I need?

Standard set of Schengen documents:

  • Valid international passport
  • The second one is valid, according to the rules, it must also be submitted to the consulate. If you need to keep it, we can help you with that.
  • A foreign passport with a previous Schengen history
  • Schengen photos, not older than 6 months, colored on a white background, 4.5 by 4.5
  • A certificate of employment showing the position, experience and salary. Or a pension certificate or a school certificate.
  • Certificate from the bank. Here you will need 2 documents: the balance (from 250 thousand) +the movement for 3 months on this account.
  • Marriage certificate; birth certificate

The documents we prepare

  • booking tickets
  • hotel reservations
  • insurance
  • questionnaire
  • consent to data processing

In individual cases, additional documents may be required due to the peculiarities of the case.

How long does the Schengen application process take now?

It now takes an average of a month to apply for a visa. If we talk about our favorite Spain, it takes 6 weeks to process it. If you need to apply for a Schengen application as soon as possible, it is best to apply through Greece or Hungary. For them, the processing time is about 2 weeks, but their visa period is short.

Can I enter another with a visa issued by one Schengen country?

According to the rules, it is better to do Schengen in the country where you plan to stay for the most days.

If you plan to visit several countries and spend the same time, it is better to do Schengen in the country where you arrive first.

If you have another country's stamp on this visa, the next time you apply, you will need to explain to the consulate that you simply used these countries to enter, for example, because the tickets were cheaper and then you stayed in the country that issued the visa all the time.

Since there are no marks within the Schengen area, it will be impossible to verify this. But it is better to back up the explanation with evidence.

We are helping with this.

There are some countries with very strict customs controls that you should not fly to with someone else's visa, such as Germany. We do not recommend flying directly there with another country's Schengen.

What should I do if I get rejected?

In case of refusal, it is necessary to consider a further strategy and carefully consider each step. We try to immediately strengthen all weaknesses when we first serve to minimize the risk of rejection. But if this happens, we can offer the following options:

1) To block a refusal through a consul in the Russian Federation through a consul. Price from 6,000 euros. Covers any number of failures.

2) You can try to correct your refusal, here you need to see whether the specific reasons for the refusal will be specified, whether it is an obvious or hidden refusal, and whether it can be corrected. You can wait for a while and go to another country. You can follow the path of a nomad's D visa, through the Russian Federation, since the refusal of a Schengen visa does not affect this type of visa (suitable for those who continue to want to obtain a residence permit in Spain)

You can contact us for analysis and we will tell you which path you should take.

What you SHOULD NOT DO for sure is to apply directly to another country. After a refusal, you are entered into the general Schengen database and everyone will see that you have recently been refused in another country. It will look suspicious to them that your plans changed so quickly, and they are guaranteed to refuse.

Can I apply for a visa remotely?

If you have previously been fingerprinted for a Schengen visa and they are not more than 5 years old, then remote processing is possible.

What can I do to increase my chances of success?

Show a large amount on your account, prove your connection to your place of residence, prepare a legend (book tickets and a hotel). You can contact us and we will suggest the most effective submission strategy.

Approval with an unusual pre-request

The applicant cooperates with a company from China in the field of logistics. The company's existence statement was in Chinese and English, so the sworn translation was made from English. The entrance to Spain was through Andorra (they stamped the border).

And now the most interesting part: an additional request comes in. “Bring a certificate from the Spanish Tax Office (AEAT) confirming that the applicant has no debts” 👀

It turned out that the complainant had 2 old, unpaid speeding fines when he had previously come to Spain as a tourist. The problem with this pre-request was that a certificate from the AEAT is being made up to 20 business days, and the response to the additional request is given 10 🤯

How did you decide? They sent a payment and an explanation letter. A few days later, the certificate itself arrived, and we completed it, despite the fact that the response period had already passed. Within a few hours, the whole family received approvals!

Another piggy bank case!

The applicant provides marketing and promotion services to a company from the UAE.

During the consideration of the application, UGE received a wave of additional requests (https://t.me/digital_nomad_easy/160) to place an apostille on the company's statement of existence, despite the fact that the instructions from UGE do not state this anywhere in the database (by the way, anyone can rerequest anything!).

The UAE does not participate in the Hague Apostille Convention, so they do not apostille documents there, but rather carry out their consular legalization. The original is certified by the UAE Foreign Ministry, then at the consular section of the Spanish Embassy in Abu Dhabi, after which it is translated into Spanish. The process can take about 3 weeks, and an additional request is given 10 days. We were fully prepared to take action.

On the 15th day of review, an additional request comes in...

... send the mother's notarized consent for the children to live with their father in Spain, although the whole family applied together 🤔

What did we do?

They answered in writing: gentlemen, here is my mother's application number, she is also under consideration, waiting for a decision:)

The fastest approval of a Schengen multivisa in our practice!

What we did:

We strengthened the guys' legend in advance so that officials would not have any questions.
