Why is it worth ordering a Schengen visa from us?

15 years of practice

Our managers have been working with Schengen for 15 years and have made more than 15! thousand visas

Established contacts

During our work, we have built strong connections with consuls and know well how everything is arranged from the inside. This helps us to cover refusals and promptly solve problems that arise.

Understanding the principles of decision-making within consulates

We know how employees in consulates of different countries think, so we form a package of documents for each application individually. The chance of refusal with this approach is much lower.

We apply for Schengen visas not only from Russia

We know the specifics of other countries, so we have excellent approval rates abroad, despite the general negative trend.

Price

Schengen visa

When obtaining any type of residence permit in Spain, you must legally stay in the country. We have 15 years of experience in obtaining Schengen visas, so we help applicants obtain a visa in advance.

Cost:
€150
when applying from the Russian Federation
€300
when applying in Armenia (Spanish Schengen only)
*If, after receiving a Schengen visa, you will receive a Spanish residence permit, then €50 (if the application for a Schengen visa was made in the Russian Federation) / €100 (if the application was made in another country) will be credited towards the cost of receiving the residence permit.
Payment procedure:
100% prepayment
The price includes:
  • Consultation on required documents;
  • Assistance in collecting and preparing a package of documents (filling out the questionnaires, search for slots, simple flight and hotel reservations (not purchased), drafting sponsorship and cover letters);
  • Composing a competent travel plan for the consulate;
  • Online support at all stages;
  • Prompt assistance with any questions that arise;
It is paid additionally:
  • Registration via bot: 10,000 rubles;
  • Insurance: 1,500 rubles;
  • Air ticket purchase (at the time of visa application) from 13,000 rubles. NOT MANDATORY, we recommend for reinsurance. The Consulate takes purchased tickets more seriously, this may affect a positive decision and the duration of the visa;
  • Fee: $145 in Yerevan (Spanish Schengen only)/RUB 10,000-15,000 in Russia depending on the country.

Schengen Visa Questions

We work with the following countries:
  • Spain
  • Italy
  • France
  • Switzerland
  • Bulgaria
  • Greece
  • Hungary
Yes, it is still possible to get a visa. However, after the simplified procedure for Russian citizens was cancelled, the process has become more complex. We help choose the optimal application strategy.
Document preparation usually takes around 1 month. Application processing takes about 6 weeks. If you need it faster, you can apply through Greece or Hungary — these countries typically process visas in about 2 weeks, but the visa is usually issued for a short period.
In addition to Russia, Russian citizens can apply in Armenia and Uzbekistan. Armenia requires a social security card, and Uzbekistan requires local registration. We assist with preparing the necessary documents.
Spain can issue a visa for a maximum of 90 days. However, in most cases, even with previous visa history, Spain issues a visa only for the duration of the planned trip. It's almost impossible to get a long-term visa with a blank passport. France and Italy are more likely to issue 6-month visas even to applicants with no prior visa history.
Standard set of documents:
  • International passport (and second one, if available — both must be submitted);
  • Passport with previous Schengen visas (if applicable);
  • Photo: 4.5 × 4.5 cm, color, white background, taken within the last 6 months;
  • Employment letter indicating job title, duration of employment, and salary (or pension certificate, school/university certificate);
  • Bank statement: minimum balance of 250,000 RUB + transaction history for the last 3 months;
  • Marriage or child birth certificate (if applicable).
Documents we prepare for you:
  • Hotel and flight reservations;
  • Medical insurance;
  • Completed visa application form;
  • Consent for personal data processing.
Additional documents may be required in some cases.

Yes, but according to Schengen rules, you must apply for the visa in the country where you'll spend the most time. If all countries are visited equally, apply through the country of first entry. For frequent travel, it's best to obtain a multiple-entry visa. For short trips, a standard tourist visa is sufficient.

If your visa shows entry stamps from other countries, future consular applications may require you to explain that those countries were used only for entry or transit (e.g., due to cheaper flights), and that most of your stay was in the country that issued your visa. Since border stamps are not placed within Schengen, this is hard to verify — but it’s best to support your explanation with tickets, bookings, or receipts. We’ll help you prepare a cover letter.

Note that some countries, such as Germany, have strict border control. Entering Germany with a visa issued by another Schengen country may raise questions and potentially lead to deportation. Therefore, we do not recommend flying directly to such countries with a visa issued by a different consulate.

  • 1. Show a higher bank balance to demonstrate financial stability. If someone else is sponsoring your trip (e.g., a relative), provide a sponsorship letter and documents confirming the sponsor’s income;
  • 2. Prove ties to your home country: employment verification with salary and job title, property ownership, or family ties (e.g., marriage or birth certificates);
  • 3. Carefully plan and document your route: hotel reservations, flight bookings.
We’ll help you determine the best strategy for your case.
Yes, we can offer a few options:
  • Guaranteed visa to Bulgaria through submission in Armenia
  • Swiss business visa
Yes, if you submitted fingerprints for a Schengen visa within the last 5 years. In that case, we can handle everything remotely.
If you're denied a visa, it’s important to choose the right next step. We offer several solutions:
  • Applying for a Digital Nomad Visa (Schengen refusals do not affect D visa applications for Spanish residence);
  • Applying for a Swiss business visa;
  • Guaranteed visa to Bulgaria through application in Armenia;
  • Attempting to fix the reason for refusal if it's correctable;
  • Applying through another country — but do not rush to submit to a different country immediately, as the refusal will be visible in the system and may lead to another denial.
